Can I have my order gift-wrapped?

Of course!! All our orders come hand wrapped regardless but I’m more than happy to add an extra note in with the order with a birthday/occasion message. Just leave a note with your order requesting this :)

How do I find out my ring size?

There are two easy methods to find out your ring size if you don’t already know what it is!! First- measure the diameter of a ring you already know fits Second- measure the circumference of your finger Then, using a ring size chart from google, convert this into a UK ring size... Simple as that!!

What’s the best way to take care of my jewellery?

None of our jewellery is made to be “heavy duty” or worn in extreme circumstances.We advise you remove all of our jewellery when washing hands, sanitising, showering, exercising  and sleeping to ensure it remains as perfect as possible!! 

We do not take responsibility for An Post losing your order/failing to deliver unless we have incorrectly addressed the order (or the mistake is on our behalf for some other reason). This being said, if you give us the wrong address/ missing address details, that does not count as us incorrectly addressing the order as it was a failure on your behalf. We offer tracked shipping at a higher rate if this is a concern of yours. 

What happens if my jewellery gets damaged?

We do not take responsibility for any damages caused by An Post. We will, however, be more than happy to repair your pieces if you send them back to us. We will only take responsibility for breakages during the first 72 hours after you receive your order, as long as the breakage was not your fault.
